Thank you for joining us for service on this Second Sunday of the Season of Creation! We welcome the Moderator of the United Church of Canada, The Right Rev. Dr. Carmen Lansdowne, and members of the Flourishing Team.
Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole will preside, and The Right Rev. Dr. Carmen Lansdowne will give the reflection, which can be found here. Dylan Fox-Altherr will welcome us, and Rev. Sue Toller will offer the land acknowledgement and lead the Theme Conversation for children and adults. Brad Munro will read the scripture: Psalm 19. Our Minister of Music, James Caswell and the choir will lead us in music and song; the choir will sing "And are We Yet Alive?" (Mark A. Miller) as the Gift of Music.
Here is the bulletin for the service to follow along with the words of texts, hymns, songs and prayers. You can join the service live at 10:25 am at this YouTube link; after the service ends it will be available to watch as a recording.
Also in this service we will celebrate communion so if you are participating with us from home, please prepare a cracker (or bread) and some appropriate beverage to eat and drink with us.
