Either in person or on-line, be welcomed among us as we gather and for International Women's Day and the First Sunday in Lent
Ruth Burnett-Cole will lead the service. Marsha Hay Snyder will welcome us, and Jim Louter will offer the land acknowledgement. The Rev. Sue Toller will give the Theme Conversation for children and adults. Alexa de Grandmont will read the scripture: Luke 10: 25-37. Our Minister of Music, James Caswell and special musical guests, the Canterbury Trebles Women's Ensemble, will lead us in music and song; the anthem will be "What Happens When a Woman?" by Alexandra Olsavsky of Artemisia.
Today, along with celebrating International Women's Day, we will reflect on the transformative power of mercy as we explore the story of the Good Samaritan, reminding us that true neighbourliness knows no boundaries.
