We warmly welcome those of you joining us here via livestream, as well as those joining in person for this Transfiguration Sunday which is also the last Sunday of Epiphany. If you'd like to read the sermon, prayers and even the children's story, the Service Bulletin is linked below. After the service from 12:30 to 1:30, the Women's Intergenerational Group will host a zoom discussion based on a documentary "Deconstructing Karen" (see 'what's happening' on the home page).
Our service this week will be lead by our Minister the Rev. Teresa Burnett-Cole. The reflection will offer some thoughts about finding Jesus in miraculous places and people - and also the importance of Sunday worship! James Caswell, our Minister of Music and the choir will lead us in music and song including a solo by a newish choir member, Geoff McGuire (Ev'ry time I feel the spirit).
The scripture readings this week, are found in Exodus 24:12-18 and Matthew 17:1-9.
Our service bulletin with hymns, texts and announcements is linked here.
