Sunday, November 13, 2022 - Blessing of the Quilts
You are welcome to join us in person or via our livestream this Sunday!

A very special warm welcome to those of you joining us here in person or via livestream this Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 10:30 am - and to those who are tuning in to the recorded services later in the week! If you'd like to read the sermon, prayers and even the children's story, the Service Bulletin is linked below. Today we are celebrating the work of the quilters (mostly) from Glebe St James who have completed dozens of quilts that will be donated to St. Mary's Home. Many of the quilts were made at the annual Patchwork Pillgramage that was held on September 16-18 this year in Gracefield QC. Here is a short video of the quilts made in 2019.
Susan Toller will be leading the children out of the sanctuary for stories, games and crafts following “A time for all God’s Children” during the service. Please contact
Susan for more information and/or to confirm your child's participation (especially for children under 2, as we may need additional assistance). She looks forward to meeting with them!
Our service this week will be lead by our Minister, the Rev. Teresa Burnett-Cole. Our scripture reading comes from Job 40:15-24, read by Brad Munro. James Caswell, our Minister of Music and the choir will lead us in music and song.
Our service bulletin with hymns, texts and announcements is linked here.
