Sunday, March 14, 2021 - Lent 4

March 13, 2021

Join us for our livestreamed service on Sunday, March 14 - fourth Sunday in Lent

Upon the one year anniversary of the global pandemic, pictured above is the Glebe-St. James covid tree covered in blue ribbons to memorialize each person lost in Ottawa (446 as of this writing) due to this disease. Not only does each ribbon mark a lost life, but also a family, friends, neighbours, and caregivers who also grieve their loss.

The Rev Teresa Burnett-Cole will lead us in worship this Sunday.

Our scripture reading this week comes from Numbers 21:4-9 and John 3:14-21.

James Caswell, our minister of music, and members of the choir, Crystal Maitland, Pam Fitch and Donna-Faye Mailhot will lead us in music.

CLICK HERE for the livestream on YouTube at around 10:20 am (announcements) for the 10:30 am Sunday service; after the service you will be able to view a recording on YouTube by clicking below.

After the service join us for our Zoom coffee hour, at 1pm (details in e-update and the service bulletin linked above).

Also the Women’s Intergenerational Group (WIG) will meet: the zoom link is in the service bulletin above.
Join in anytime after 11:30 am for a 12 Noon start.
