We complete our Lenten journey here at Glebe - St. James with our Maundy Thursday service - live at 7:00 pm, or recorded here for whenever you're best able to join.
Holy Week begins with Maundy Thursday, the Last Supper. In this short evening service we will contemplate bread broken and feet washed.
Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole will preside, Ruth Burnett-Cole will read the scriptures: John 13:1-11, 21-30 and Matthew 26:17-30.
Here is the bulletin for the service to follow along with the words of texts, hymns, songs and prayers. You can join the service live at 10:30 am at this YouTube link; after the service ends it will be available to watch as a recording.
Also in this service we will celebrate communion so if you are participating with us from home, please prepare a cracker (or bread) and some appropriate beverage to eat and drink with us.
