$132.00 for 11 weeks. $15 for drop-in classes.

Gentle Fitness is for people who want fitness, posture, strength, and balance without overdoing it. This workout is gentle yet still effective.
Newcomers may try one class for free. They have an option of paying for the rest of the season at $12 a class or do drop-in at $15 per class.
The instructor, Hanifa Yip, has had many years teaching group fitness and seniors. She has been certified for 18 years and also has a teaching specialty with post-rehab exercise.
Newcomers will have to sign a waiver. Any special medical conditions requires proof of clearance from a physician.
